Property Maintenance
Shockcor will keep common areas in top condition by establishing a regular cleaning schedule and making repairs to existing infrastructure. Making sure regular maintenance is completed on everything from testing the fire alarm system to inspecting elevators, to maintaining existing landscaping and annual flower planting.
